The ADELINO COLLOVINI Winery operates in the heart of a land of great wine-producing tradition inside the DOC area of "LISON-PRAMAGGIORE". The illustrious Collovini wines come from these ideally suited terrains situated in Blessaglia, Salvarolo, Gerosa and Lison. They are all produced exclusively from the winery’s own grapes, respecting natural traditional methods and using the most advanced technology. The Collovini Winery is a family concern and has produced wine for many generations, and has continuously searched to improve and offer wines of high quality and great personality. In its cellars, in the centre of Pramaggiore, it is possible to taste the “Classic Red DOC” wines, the “Classic White DOC” wines, the naturally fermented “Brut” and the “Novello”.

Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb COLLOVINI ADELINO arbeitet im Kern einer Region großer Weinbautration: das Gebiet DOC “LISON-PRAMAGGIORE”. Aus diesen besonders geeigneten Böden, die sich in Blessaglia, Salvarolo, Gerosa und Lison befinden, werden die großen Weine des Betriebs Collovini angebaut. Der Betrieb erzeugt direkt die Trauben, die für die Weingewinnung benötgt werden, im Respekt der gesundesten Tradition und mit der Verwendung der modernsten Techniken.Durch eine familiäre Leitung gekennzeichet, baut der Betrieb Collovini Wein seit mehreren Generationen. Er versucht sich immer zu verbessern, um einen Wein von höchster Quatität und Personalität anzubieten. In seinen Weinkeller, im Zentrum von Pramaggiore, kann man die “Klassischen Rot - und Weißweine DOC”, den “Brut”, einen natürlich gegärten Wein, und die “Novello”.

L’Azienda Agricola COLLOVINI ADELINO opera nel cuore di una terra di grande tradizione vitivinicola all’interno del Comprensorio D.O.C. «LISON-PRAMAGGIORE». Da questi terreni particolarmente adatti alla coltivazione della vite, che si trovano nelle località di Blessaglia, Salvarolo, Gerosa e Lison, nascono i grandi vini dell’Azienda Collovini, tutti ottenuti esclusivamente dalle proprie uve vinificate nel rispetto delle tradizioni più sane ed utilizzando le più avanzate tecnologie. L’Azienda Collovini è a conduzione familiare e produce vino da più generazioni, impegnata sempre nella ricerca, per migliorare ed offrire un vino di altissimo pregio e di grande personalità. Nella sua cantina, nel centro di Pramaggiore, si possono sempre degustare i «Rossi D.O.C. Classici», i «Bianchi D.O.C. Classici», il «Brut» a fermentazione naturale ed il fresco «Novello».
